Operations Specialist

We are looking to recruit a Technician to join our Operations team:

🚀 Key Responsabilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from various sources;
  • Analyzing balances and performing bank reconciliations;
  • Managing operational aspects of trading platforms;
  • Processing, analyzing, and controlling national and international transfers;
  • Reporting to Spanish authorities;
  • Individual client onboarding and account opening processes, validating data against official documents;
  • Ensuring compliance with KYC and AML procedures.

Requisitos mínimos

🎯 Requirements:

  • Previous experience in banking operations or similar roles;
  • Detail-oriented, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple sources of information;
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for enhancement of operational efficiency;
  • Experience and rigor with financial data analysis;
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and banking procedures is a plus;
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or English (Spanish is a plus);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
