Banco de Investimento Global (BiG) is a specialized investment bank headquartered in Lisbon. BiG operates in Portugal, Spain and Mozambique and provides a dynamic, challenging, team-orientated and meritocratic work environment.
🚀 Fintech Academy
BiG is organizing the fourth edition of the Fintech Academy. It is a way of shortening the distance between established companies and startups. The Fintech Academy is a summer internship aimed at bringing the best practices from leading Fintech players to the digital transformation of the banking sector by cooperating with these companies.
The program has the duration of one month (commencing on the 6th of July and concluding on the 31th of July) and the participants will work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team. The program has three components:
1. Active work on the digital transformation effort;
2. Direct work with banking transformation;
3. Lectures and workshops about new Fintech trends.

Requisitos mÃnimos
🎯The ideal candidate should present the following skills:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong interest in innovation, product and Financial Services;
- Proactive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude;
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills;
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
